Shipping and Return Policy

Waiver clause

"The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase,

without payment of a fine and without giving reasons within 14 working days

from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service agreement."

Your right to return the order within 14 days of receipt.

The Belgian law on commercial practices and consumer information and protection of 14 July 1991 allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 14 working days of receipt of the product that he/she is canceling the sale. The goods must follow (unopened) within an acceptable period of time after this notification (eg 3 working days).

You will pay the shipping costs to return the product.

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, or if it arrives damaged, please return it within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your order and reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of your returned item.

P-Projects BV can refuse or not refund returned items when the plastic packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the customer.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the following guidelines:

- Send us the item prepaid by regular mail with a copy of your invoice (plus any email) and the original packaging. In order to be able to carry out the refund, please also state your account number. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue an internal credit note and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

- The return address is P-Projects BV, Klein-Harelbekestraat 6, B-8531 Hulste.

- You can also return articles by registered mail. In the event of a refund, however, only the shipping costs of the suit will be refunded as if it were a regular shipment at the applicable postal rate.

- Please note that we will only refund your shipping costs if you did not receive the item you ordered or if it arrived damaged. P-Projects BV can refuse or not refund returned items when the plastic packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the customer.

- P-Projects BV cannot exchange articles. If you would like to exchange a received item with another found on our site, please make a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted item is still on order, you must first cancel your order before proceeding to order the new item.
